LaChish Jones
A native to North Carolina, LaChish fell in love with education as a teenager. LaChish’s desire to educate and motivate children stuck with her through college, leading her to earn a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Queens University of Charlotte. Lachish was a part of Charlotte Mecklenburg School System for 7 years. Later she became the CEO of Tell Your Tutor Learning Communities in Austin, Texas. She has held this position for the past 3 years.
During her teaching career, she’s had the chance to connect with young girls learning their needs and dreams. In being witness to their troubles, she decided she had to act, thus she founded Talented Girls In Action (TGIA). Lachish dedicates a great deal of her time to serving in the community and on the TGIA Board of Directors.
Morgan Newman
As a recent graduate of Wingate University, Morgan Newman obtained a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing in December of 2018. Morgan also acquired a Bachelor of Science in Communications, with an emphasis in Rhetoric and Performance and a minor in International Relations in 2016.
Morgan is a hard working individual, whose passion is evident through her work and determination. Her volunteer work with Talented Girls in Action, has given her experience in community management, social media, marketing, and data analysis.
Melissa Deere Kletzker
Melissa is an accomplished employee engagement and leadership development executive with over 20 years of experience across various roles in human resources, learning and development, and marketing/communications. Currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Communications at Parsons Corporation, Melissa excels at implementing impactful communication strategies, increasing employee engagement, and driving organizational performance.
Melissa has lived in Charlotte since 2008. She has partnered with several area nonprofits through volunteer service with Kiwanis International, Parsons Gives Back, and the Alpha Phi Fraternity. In her free time she likes to travel, craft, and spend time with her friends and family.
Jordan Toohey
Jordan Toohey is a dynamic professional who graduated from Radford University in 2018 with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. While attending Radford, she was also a student-athlete on their Division I Women's Basketball team.
After completion, she relocated to Charlotte, NC. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at LendingTree, Jordan specializes in project management. Her ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate project goals, has made significant contributions to the team's success.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jordan enjoys exploring new destinations to broaden her perspectives and makes a positive impact in her local community by supporting non-profit organizations.
Allison Gorham
Allison is a commercial banking executive with 15 years of specialty lending, leveraged finance, and financial services experience. She is a CPA with career transaction underwritten volumes of $1Bn+. She relocated to Charlotte in 2023 with TD Bank where she is responsible for leading specialty lending originations for the commercial bank. Allison enjoys spending time outdoors with her three small children.
Micaela Stoner
Micaela is a business development professional at Earnest Analytics, an alternative data company. She recently moved to Charlotte after spending a few years in New York City working in Sales & Trading at JP Morgan. She graduated cum-laude from University of Miami in 2020 where she studied Finance, Real Estate, Marketing and Management. While a student Micaela interned at The White House in the Vice President’s Office and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) under the CFO.
As a child, Micaela also volunteered with Discovering Options, a mentoring program for at-risk youth in St. Louis, MO. This experience led Micaela to a life focused on mentorship. In her free time, Micaela enjoys playing pickleball, travel, hiking and spending time with her two dogs, Tucker and Sitka.
Lakiesha Williams-Rush
Lakeisha Williams-Rush is an accomplished Sales & Marketing Professional with over 15 years of experience. She excels in eCommerce strategy, digital marketing, and driving results. Currently, she is the Sr eCommerce Manager at The Honey Pot Company. Originally from New York City, she moved to Charlotte in 2019. Beyond her professional life, Lakeisha is a content creator and actively involved in local organizations, including the American Marketing Association Charlotte and Charlotte Women in Tech, and volunteers at Elevation Church.
